The Pieta Ministry of St. Anthony Shrine & Ministry Center offers two spiritual retreats a year for grieving parents: one in November for those who have never attended a retreat at the Shrine and one in March for those who have.
The retreats offer a time for you to get away from the distractions of everyday life and focus on your spiritual journey after the death of your child. It is also an excellent opportunity to meet other parents who can understand your pain.
During the retreat you may share as much or as little of your story as you like. Silence is totally acceptable and you will never be forced to participate in any way that may be uncomfortable for you. Most people say, "I felt so safe here, I didn't want to leave."

Retreats are held in the Friary of St. Anthony Shrine & Ministry Center in Boston, MA and are limited to 30 persons. If you are interested in attending, please be sure to register early to ensure your space.
